Project details : The office complex is placed in an exposed location and gleams with innovative technique. The low-energy-concept was developed in corporation with the architects and involves a concrete core activation which is fed by a geothermical park, a grey water usage concept and a building automation. In addition to that the roof was equipped with a photovoltaic-system.
